ABOUT THE AUTHOR
The Story Behind This
------------------------------------------------
Stress Less and Learn More started off as an idea of wanting to help and assist younger students with the stress and anxiety that comes with school.
The author noticed that there were not many resources out there directed at kids, so she used the findings to help create her Girl Scout Gold Award Project.
The idea morphed into making a website and YouTube channel to give fifth graders tips and tricks to assist them with the transition from elementary to middle school. Another goal is that kids of all ages can access the page to help them find different coping methods with their worries.
The objective is that whoever comes to this site is able to take away at least one thing that can help them manage their stress and worries.
